Appreciation Gift for Murray Hitzman

Hi there! If you are on this page, you have probably been directed by the Murrayfest organising committee (Dr Patrick Redmond, Dr David Broughton, Dr Jennifer Craig, Dr Aoife Brady and me - Shonny Lehane). We have been arranging some special mementos for Prof Hitzman at the MurrayFest social event, part of the Next Generation of Economic Geology meeting in Dublin this December. While expenses for the event have been moderated by volunteer time and assistance from iCRAG and SEG, and our budget is relatively modest, we on the organising committee are seeking donations! If you, your company or your institution share our appreciation for Murray’s devotion to economic geology, we’d love to hear from you! If you find yourself smiling and remembering times when Murray provided his energy and insights to a thesis, a research project, a policy issue, an exploration puzzle, a minesite challenge, and so on, we’d love to hear from you!
