Appleseed EQ needs your help to launch!
Hello! I am Peter Hoover, Appleseed EQ founder. As an emotional intelligence consultant and facilitator, I offer a science and heart based approach to enhance awareness, increase resilience and revitalize purpose. My mission is to assist people in developing and utilizing their emotional intelligence to be more effective, connected and joyful. Appleseed EQ works with all types of individuals and organizations. Because of my background in teaching, however, I am initially focusing on K-12 staff. My vision is to see energized educators empower students and uplift communities.
As many of you suddenly homeschooling have discovered, teaching can be stressful; emotional intelligence is needed now more than ever. The closing of Ohio schools in mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically impacted students and educators, and has created challenges for me in reaching new clients and building my business. #SmallBusinessRelief
Here’s where you come in! By donating to this fundraiser, you are supporting my mission of supporting teachers. Your contribution will allow me to launch my startup and continue my ongoing training. There are three ways that you can support this timely and exciting endeavor.
1) Make a financial contribution. Gofundme is matching amounts for small businesses affected by the pandemic of up to $500, so any amount makes a difference! Those who are able to contribute $60 (or $40 for teachers) are eligible for a 1-hr Unlocking EQ Profile session with me. These prices are discounted and only eligible through the end of the fundraiser.
2) Put me in contact with teachers, administrators, or district officials interested in engaging Appleseed EQ as a provider for social emotional learning professional development or emotional intelligence coaching.
