Please help me fix my computer!

Hey guys my names Kashiah and I am a single mom of one. I am currently going back to school in December to finish my Highschool degree so I can go to College next year and continue my studies. Taking care of my little one can be hard at times but I love him to bits. I love marketing and have been doing some things on the side for a company that I love and believe in. I like how I get to see someone’s company as a person and develop content for them that really speaks to their audience. I’m just a beginner hence why I do it on the side and not full time. I am going to continue at college in marketing, ( hopefully next by next school year) the problem is my computer has (as verified by apple) a big issue. After pushing it past an 45 degree angle the screens backlight shuts off completing, this allow me to see nothing. I have to plug it into an hdmi and use my tv. My keyboard also has sticky keys the r h and space at like to stick a lot. I can’t even go to the library with the computer at the moment or bring it to school, because I can’t see. Apple refuses to cover the fixes under their 2016 MacBook Pro backlight Display and keyboard program. This is a recognized issue by them, (so much so that they developed programs to fix the issues at not cost). Unfortunately their apple site displayed the information date as 2021 for the programs. I am sure if you were me you would think it is covered but it’s not. The original date goes back to like 2019 of when the program was created. I called apple to have them fix it and they said there was nothing they can do. My 206 MacBook Pro is now considered vintage. Just the screen replacement would cost about $1,000 and that's all I really care to fix right now.

If you guys can help me raise some money to get it fixed you don't understand how much I would appreciate it! It would mean the world to me as I don't have the money at all right now to pay for someone to fix it, let alone buy a new computer for cheap.

I've done all the steps with apple and filed a complaint and they haven't gotten back to me. The rep I spoke to said it's unlikely that they will.

Please help me fix my computer so I can continue my studies with a functioning one, use it for college and be able to continue some side marketing requests for practice in the field I want wok in.
