Dear family and friends.

I hope you are all keeping well.

As many of you know, my mum came over from Kenya to see me, as I've not been well. Unfortunately, it was just after 2 weeks into her visit when she got ill and was admitted at St Peters Hospital in Chertsey, Surrey. She ended up having a pacemaker fitted. The bill is a total of £6,600. I am kindly asking for a little bit of help from my family and friends. This bill has already been forwarded to a collections company on behalf of St Peter's hospital, and I will need to pay it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to pay it in full.
