WHO ARE WE?
Melbourne West Multicultural Welfare Association is a charity and not-for-profit organisation working for the Muslim community living in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The association is registered with Australian Charities and Not-for-profits commission (ACNC).
MISSION:
Our mission is to establish a dynamic and interactive, practising Muslim community that contributes to and enriches the harmony and multiculturalism of Australian society.
SERVICES:
o Five times Salah (including Jumua, Taraweeh and Eid prayers)
o Dawah activities and programs
o Hifz Quran program and daily Maktab
o Funeral and Nikah services
o Counselling services including COVID awareness
o Youth program and activities
o Helping the needy people around the globe
o Helping other charitable and Non-profit organisations
OUR CENTRE:
Alhamdulillah, we have signed a contract to purchase the property at 122, Brooklyn Road, Brookfield, 3338, Victoria to be used as a mosque (this is the first mosque in the area). We have access to the property and renovation is going on. In Sha Allah this will be a vibrant central place for the whole community for praying and all Islamic activities.
