Appeal to Build the “Shanghai Massacre Memorial Park”

In Memory of the Victims. In Pursuit of Truth. In the Name of Justice.

Dear Friends,

I humbly submit this heartfelt appeal, seeking your support and contributions on this crowdfunding platform to help build the “Shanghai Massacre Memorial Park.” This memorial is intended to honor the many innocent civilians who perished in the “Shanghai Massacre,” including passengers and crew members from China, South Korea, Japan, France, India, Singapore, and Uzbekistan who lost their lives in the Busan and Dalian air disasters.

I was born in Shanghai, China, and now reside in Los Angeles, United States. My youth was spent in the rural areas surrounding Shanghai. During that period, Mao Zedong, leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), launched the disastrous Cultural Revolution, depriving countless young people of their right to education. I was compelled to work as a farmer in the countryside, pursuing my studies independently in my spare time while seeking guidance from my parents and local elders.

Following the end of the Cultural Revolution in 1977, I sat for China’s first national college entrance examination held since 1965. I was fortunate to be among the first cohort admitted to university—a group often referred to as the "chosen generation." However, I was later persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party and labeled a "foreign spy" for my public advocacy of democracy, justice, freedom, and reform. During this period, I also collaborated with Shanghai enterprises to explore experimental democratic initiatives. Alongside my studies in Chinese Language and Literature, I developed a deep interest in global cultures, frequently translating foreign works and consulting with international experts.

The Chinese Communist Party carried out mass killings of innocent people, including my parents, wife, younger brother, relatives, mentors, classmates, students, friends, and business partners. Even more horrifying, acts of extreme violence were carried out through aviation disasters. Flight CJ6136 from Beijing to Dalian was destroyed, killing all 112 people on board, including my business partner. They also orchestrated the crash of Flight CA129 from Beijing to Busan, resulting in the deaths of 121 passengers and 8 crew members.

The killing of civilians and the destruction of passenger aircraft constitute acts of terrorism. The Chinese Communist Party has imposed what can be described as “domestic red terror” upon the Chinese people.

After I came to the United States, the persecution I had experienced followed me overseas, evolving into what can only be described as “international red terror.” As in China, efforts were made to destroy my work, business, and family through manipulation, orchestrated relationships, and bribery. Under the pretense of matchmaking, an opportunist named Henry Chan was introduced into my brother-in-law’s family, undermining both our family and our business. After marrying my niece by marriage, Jennifer, he forced me out of the clothing business we had built together and replaced me as company president with an associate from Guangdong.

After leaving the clothing factory, I drew on my knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine—acquired during my years in rural China—to develop new products and expand markets for Princess Herbal Company in Los Angeles. Soon thereafter, an individual named Lily Liu was introduced into the company. Through sexual inducements and promises of connections with partners in mainland China, she persuaded the company’s owner to remove me as general manager and install her associate from Jiangsu in my place.

In an effort to target me, these individuals collaborated with foreign agents as informants. However, the false information they provided ultimately harmed innocent Americans. Lily Liu, in particular, misled foreign authorities and compromised those agents, involving them in actions that negatively impacted U.S. citizens. Over the years, relying on fabricated intelligence attributed to Lily Liu and Henry Chan, these agents have caused the deaths of several of my family members, friends, and business partners.

After I exited the clothing industry, these agents caused the death of Jennifer—who was only in her twenties—under the pretext of a cancer diagnosis. These methods mirrored those used by the CCP against my cousin-in-law and button-trading business partner, Lian Qingmei. Subsequently, a nurse was arranged to marry Henry Chan, who was provided a residence and a comfortable life in the United States.

To enrich Lily Liu through the herbal medicine trade, these agents assisted her in misappropriating my intellectual property. This enabled her to profit from medical products despite lacking foundational knowledge in the field. Notably, a liver-support product derived from my original work, V-LiverCare™, was eventually integrated into the U.S. insurance system, marking it as the first herbal product to be incorporated into mainstream American healthcare.

Simultaneously, my herbal medicine business faced relentless suppression. My business partner, Dr. William—a distinguished practitioner in his fifties who helped distribute my products—died unexpectedly, halting our market reach. As the founder of Ren’an Medical Group, one of the few Chinese medicine companies listed on NASDAQ, Dr. William was dedicated to integrating traditional medicine into modern society. Yet, at the pinnacle of his career, he was poisoned—a fate identical to that of my other partner, Sun Linqiao, Chairman of the Shanghai Zhongyi Construction Group in China. His sudden passing was not only a devastating blow to his company but a profound loss to the field as a whole.

Another U.S. partner, Ms. Ruby, operated a pharmaceutical facility within our community and produced herbal products for my company, Life Care Group USA. A devoted mother and a patriot, she proudly supported her nineteen-year-old son’s service in the U.S. military. However, this kind and capable entrepreneur was taken in her forties; agents orchestrated her death under the guise of cancer. Following her passing, both her factory and my company were forced to close their doors.

In the United States, I have been driven to the brink of desperation by these agents. They systematically dismantled my herbal medicine business and sabotaged my diverse career path—from my restaurant, 'Panda Delight,' and my teaching position at Harvard University to my sales role at Group 1 Automotive. To provide for my family, I was forced into a commission-only role at Rose Hills Memorial Park, receiving no base salary. Almost immediately, the CCP dispatched Jenny Lin—a crude operative who, like Lily Liu, functioned as a 'political prostitute'—to sabotage my efforts. The difference was that Lily Liu was a criminal who owed a blood debt to Americans.

Jenny Lin also employed sexual bribery and promise of mainland China business partnerships to dismantle my livelihood. I worked tirelessly, crafting meticulous bilingual marketing materials and promoting funeral services year-round without a single day off. Yet, my labor only served to enrich others. Through internal manipulation, management secretly diverted the clients I had personally cultivated by offering them unauthorized discounts. This allowed a low-level operative who couldn't even speak English to steal my success and become the company’s top salesperson.

The United States remains a land of opportunity where diligence and wisdom allow individuals to flourish. The source of this greatness lies in the foundational values established by the Founding Fathers: that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights—Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Yet, while the Chinese people are denied these rights under the CCP’s 'domestic red terror,' my own loved ones in America have been stripped of them by its 'international red terror.'

In this era of globalization, the internet, and artificial intelligence—a time defined by rapid innovation and instantaneous connectivity—the world has truly become a global village. As neighbors in this shared space, we must stand united to safeguard one another. We cannot remain indifferent; we must firmly oppose and refuse to tolerate terrorists, their organizations, and the rogue states that harbor them.

Therefore, I respectfully urge you to support the establishment of the 'Shanghai Massacre Memorial Park' through our GoFundMe campaign. This initiative serves as a solemn tribute to those who perished under the CCP’s domestic and international campaigns of terror—victims from China, the United States, South Korea, and beyond. Beyond commemoration, this park will stand as a testament to the truth, exposing crimes against humanity and calling upon the global community to unite against tyranny and oppression. Together, we can honor the fallen and work toward a future free from this regime.

在这个地球上，美国是一方难得的英雄用武之地，每个人都 可以用勤奋和智慧改变人生。因为美国的国父们创立的美国核心价值成就了她的伟大：“人皆生而平等，享有造物主赋予他们的不可剥夺的 权利，包括生命、自由和追求幸福的权利”。在中共的«国内红色恐怖»笼罩下，中国人民自然无法享受这些权利；在中共的«国际红色恐怖»攻击下，我在美国的亲友也丧失了生命、 自由和追求幸福的权利。

在今天全球化、互联网和人工智慧的时代，科技日新月异，信息同步传播，世界已成为一个地球村。 所以我们邻里一定要守望相助，以确保全体村民的福祉。 对于那些恐怖分子、恐怖组织和窝藏他们的流氓国家，一定要坚决打击，不能乡原而姑息养奸。 因此，我冒昧地请求您帮助建造这个«上海大屠杀 »纪念公园。 这不仅为了纪念在中共国内外红色恐怖攻击中丧生的中国人、美国人、韩国人和其他国家的人民；也为了揭露中共犯下的反人类滔天罪行，呼吁世界人民共同反专制、反独裁、 反暴政，最终结束这个邪恶的政权。
