APPEAL - Support these poor Orphans

Hi, my name is Nick. I am fundraising for our friends in Uganda. We are collecting the money through our UK bank accounts, and will be donating it all directly to the community we are raising for.

A brilliant and brave young man, Bamwite, himself an orphan and former 'street child' has spent many years collecting and caring for other abandoned and orphaned street children throughout his city. Through his hard work and the support of some individuals from the UK, he has built a shelter home for them to live in, and provides them with food, care and love. He has taught himself to sew and started rearing chickens to provide some income for the orphanage. They have around 30 children of different ages, include small babies and teenagers, some of whom are disabled.

Thanks to your generosity, these children and their carers have found a new house. But they still need regular help for food, medical fees, and schooling. Several of the children have been diagnosed with malaria, and many others have other health and disability complaints. If you can support them in any way, please do.
