Appeal for Justice: Protect Hart's Well-being

Police Officer and devoted mother, Melinda Powell, stood before Dallas County District Court Judge Andrea Plumlee on June 18th with the expectation that she would retain full custody of her son, Hart. Instead, what she got was a “shock and awe” statement ruling from a judge who has a documented, well known history of ruling based upon bias and opinion.
