Appalachia Habitat for Humanity is the 2nd oldest Habitat for Humanity affiliate in the world.  The organization serves two counties, Scott & Morgan Counties, Tennessee.  The two counties combine for a total population of 40,000 individuals.  

The staff and Board of Directors of Appalachia Habitat, along with many volunteers, are currently raising the funds to build at least three new homes this summer. The families that will buy these homes have been dreaming of living in safe, decent, affordable homes for a very long time.  This ministry will make it possible for them through zero interest mortgages!  

Appalachia Habitat is hoping to provide stability for these families by raising enough money to complete their homes ASAP.
