El domingo 26 de octubre, Carolina Guzmán Sierra y su hija Abi Guzmán se dirigían juntas al trabajo cuando fueron impactadas por un conductor ebrio. Trágicamente, Carolina perdió la vida y Abi resultó gravemente herida. Sufrió múltiples fracturas que requirieron cirugía y sigue recuperándose de sus lesiones en casa. Jorge Sierra, el esposo de Carolina, está devastado por la pérdida de su esposa y ahora enfrenta muchos desafíos. Debe cubrir los gastos del funeral de Carolina, así como los costos médicos y de rehabilitación continua de Abi. La pérdida de ingresos y la responsabilidad de cuidar a Abi serán muy difíciles para él.

On Sunday, October 26th, Carolina Guzman Sierra and her daughter Abi were on their way to work when they were struck by a drunk driver. Tragically, Carolina lost her life, and Abi suffered multiple serious injuries requiring surgery. She is now home and recovering, but the road ahead will be long.

Carolina’s husband, Jorge Sierra, is devastated by this unimaginable loss. He now faces funeral expenses, Abi’s medical and rehabilitation costs, and the financial strain of lost income while caring for his daughter.
