Queremos pedir su apoyo para una escuela de béisbol infantil llamada Patriotas, ubicada en San Juan de los Morros, estado Guárico, Venezuela. Este equipo está formado por niños entre 3 y 7 años, quienes apenas están comenzando su camino en el mundo del béisbol, pero ya muestran una gran pasión por este hermoso deporte.
El béisbol es uno de los deportes más queridos en Venezuela y ha sido parte importante de la cultura del país durante generaciones. Para muchos niños, el deporte representa disciplina, valores, amistad y la oportunidad de soñar con un futuro mejor.
Este equipo está apenas comenzando y necesita ayuda para poder contar con los implementos básicos necesarios para entrenar y jugar. Sus padres hacen un esfuerzo enorme para apoyarlos, llevándolos a las prácticas y a los juegos sin falta, pero muchos de ellos no cuentan con los recursos para comprar guantes, uniformes y otros artículos esenciales del béisbol.
Algunos de estos niños caminan hasta dos horas desde el campo hasta sus casas solo para poder asistir a las prácticas, ya que no cuentan con transporte. A pesar de las dificultades, su entusiasmo y amor por el deporte nunca desaparecen.
Con este GoFundMe queremos ayudar a que estos niños sigan motivados, que tengan un hermoso recuerdo de su infancia y que su amor por el béisbol siga creciendo. Nuestro deseo es que continúen en el camino del deporte, los valores y el trabajo en equipo, y que algún día puedan convertirse en grandes atletas y profesionales.
Los fondos recaudados serán utilizados para apoyar el gran trabajo de los entrenadores, quienes dedican su tiempo a enseñar con pasión y compromiso, muchas veces sin recibir una compensación adecuada porque las familias no cuentan con los recursos para pagar un buen salario.
El dinero recaudado será utilizado para comprar:
Bates
Guantes
Pelotas para entrenamientos
Pelotas para juegos
Cascos
1 equipo completo de catcher
Uniformes para los niños (camisas y gorras, y si el presupuesto lo permite también pantalones)
Todos los implementos serán comprados en Miami, Florida, y luego enviados a Venezuela para que los niños del equipo Patriotas puedan utilizarlos en sus prácticas y juegos.

Support the Little Patriots: A Youth Baseball Team in Venezuela
We are raising funds to support a youth baseball school called Patriotas, located in San Juan de los Morros, in the state of Guárico, Venezuela. This team is made up of young children between 3 and 7 years old who are just beginning their journey in baseball, but already share a deep passion for the sport.
Baseball is one of the most beloved sports in Venezuela and has been an important part of the country’s culture for generations. For many children, sports represent discipline, values, friendship, and the opportunity to dream of a better future.
This team is just getting started and needs help to obtain the basic equipment required to train and play. Their parents are incredibly supportive, making sure the children attend practices and games, but many families simply do not have the financial resources to purchase gloves, uniforms, and other essential baseball equipment.
Some of these children walk up to two hours from the field back to their homes just to be able to attend practice because they do not have access to transportation. Despite these challenges, their enthusiasm and love for the sport remain strong.
Through this GoFundMe, we want to help keep these kids motivated, give them a beautiful childhood memory, and allow their love for baseball to continue growing. Our hope is that they stay on the path of sports, teamwork, and positive values, and that one day they may become great athletes and professionals.
The funds raised will also help support the dedicated coaches who volunteer their time to teach these children with passion and commitment. Many of them receive little or no compensation because the families cannot afford to pay higher coaching fees.
The donations will be used to purchase:
Baseball bats
Gloves
Practice baseballs
Game baseballs
Helmets
One catcher’s gear set
Team uniforms (shirts and caps, and if enough funds are raised, also baseball pants)
All equipment will be purchased in Miami, Florida, and then shipped to Venezuela so the children of the Patriotas team can use them during practices and games.
