Ellos son Daniel Arturo Quiroga Vargas y su familia.
En este momento necesitan ayuda para cubrir los gastos de tratamiento que Daniel requiere.
Daniel sufrió un accidente cerebro vascular el pasado 7 de enero de 2021. Todo comenzó como un fuerte dolor de cabeza que él describía como el peor dolor de su vida. Fue llevado de urgencias a la clínica de Occidente en Bogotá. Se encontraba muy débil, hablaba muy lentamente y no soportaba el dolor. Debido a la forma como funciona el sistema de salud en Colombia luego fue remitido por su EPS a la clínica Juan N Corpas, sin embargo allí no contaban con los equipos necesarios para realizarle una angiografía. finalmente fue remitido al hospital universitario nacional, hospital de la Universidad Nacional, donde está hospitalizado desde el 7 de Enero.
Se diagnostica HEMORRAGIA SUBARACNOIDEA. El 13 de Enero es remitido a UCI por presentar:
1. Severo vasoespasmo de la circulación anterior de forma bilateral, con mayor compromiso en el lado derecho
en relación con reciente evento de sangrado intracraneano.
2. Vasoespasmo leve a nivel de la circulación posterior.
A pesar de los esfuerzos del equipo medico para el 4 de Febrero este era su diagnostico:
Análisis: Paciente masculino de 40 años de edad, quien ingresó el 10/01/2021 por cefalea con signos de alarma y quien
quien se documentó hemorragia subaracnoidea Fisher 4 Hunt & Hess 4 (dia de sangrado 06/01/20) Sin vaso
localizado, requirió manejo endovascular con angiografía + angioplastia intracraneal # 3 (10,13 y
14/01/2021) - sin vaso culpable, y con secuelas neurológicas severas, requerimiento de traqueostomía y
gastrostomía, y múltiples infecciones por gérmenes resistentes, que requirieron manejo antibiótico de amplio
espectro. En el momento paciente estable clínicamente, sin signos clínicos de respuesta inflamatoria, sin
signos de bajo gasto ni soporte vasopresor, sin ventanas clínicas de choque, al examen físico con secuelas
neurológicas severas, signos de decorticación, tolerando oxígeno a bajo flujo por tienda de traqueostomía,
valorado por el servicio de neurocirugía quien indica no es candidato a manejos invasivos y cierran
interconsulta, se considera que paciente es candidato a PAD, sin embargo acompañante comenta que va a definir
red de apoyo familiar para ingresar al programa, o considerar manejo en unidad de cuidado crónico.
Para el 4 de Febrero ya es claro que los daños que ha sufrido Daniel no permitirán que él vuelva a ser la misma persona. El sangrado ha afectado partes de su cerebro que controlan todo lo que hacia que Daniel fuera Daniel.
La EPS quiere enviar a Daniel a casa, no han querido aprobar nada de lo que necesita para llevar una vida digna y no podemos quedarnos simplemente de brazos cruzados a la espera de que salga un fallo de tutela que no sabemos si se dé.
Daniel siempre ha sido un hombre muy trabajador, honrado, un excelente profesional, Ingeniero Químico egresado de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, en este momento cursaba una maestría.
Daniel es un gran hijo, primo y hermano. Pero sobre todo Daniel es un gran padre, un esposo dedicado que entregaba su día a día a su familia y que todo lo hacia pensando en ellos. Un hombre que trabajaba para cumplir sus sueños y ver realizarse a su pequeño hijo quien hoy tiene diez años.
Su esposa se llama Adriana y es una mujer trabajadora, ha dedicado su vida a sus familia, junto a Daniel han luchado por lograr metas paso a paso y no podemos permitir que su mundo se derrumbe por este evento catastrófico.
Daniel y su familia necesitan ayuda. si no puedes o quieres aportar dinero puedes aportar pañales para adulto talla L, colchón anti escaras o compartiendo para poder hacer llegar esto a todas las personas que creas que puedan ayudar.
Lo mas urgente en este momento es conseguir las terapias completas que debe tomar por un año, equipos médicos. Esto es muy costoso, pero se que juntos podremos hacerlo.
