Saludos a todos, me llamo Sugey y soy la esposa de Franklin José Santamaria Rodriguez, el tiene 48 años y ahorita estamos en trámites para trasladarlo desde Nicaragua a España para que él pueda recibir servicios médicos de urgencia que no están disponible en Nicaragua. Franklin está diagnosticado con doble lesión aórtica y aneurisma gigante en la aorta. Presenta síntomas de pronta ruptura, por esta razón estamos solicitando apoyo monetario para garantizar que pueda recibir esta cirugía que le salvará la vida. Greetings everyone, my name is Sugey and I am the wife of Franklin José Santamaria Rodriguez. He is 48 years old and right now we are in the process of transferring him from Nicaragua to Spain so that he can receive emergency medical services that are not available in Nicaragua. Franklin is diagnosed with a double aortic lesion and a large aneurysm in the aorta.
