Apoyando a Anita Belen, no dejemos que una vida se apague

I created this GoFundMe with the permission of her parents Andres and Jeanette Mata, I share their story:

My daughter Ana Belén; 9 years old, she prays every day and night to have a normal life. For years we have had to change her quality of life: strict diet, several hospitalizations and tons of medicine. It is a disease in the colon, which we have not yet discovered the root of its cause. She presents with painful symptoms in the abdominal area, diarrhea and excessive bleeding. We have visited several doctors, nutriologists and pediatricians where we have seen temporary improvement and experienced a relapse and worse than the other. The medical treatments have been a temporary bandage and have had irreversible secondary effects, which is why we have stopped them. Our daughter Anita Belen is fighting, but with continuous suffering, it is affecting her growth and her mental health.

We have identified a hospital in the United States, where they treat children with severe colon problems. The treatment alone costs $50,000.

Without worrying about it, over the years, we have inverted all our resources, our safety is not covered and the time is not in our favor.

For this reason, we have asked Michelle, our family, to create a GOFUNDME with the hope to raise funds to help our daughter (each granite of yours will be of great help) to find the cause and solution so that Anita, can have a normal life.

Mi hija Ana Belén; de 9 años de edad, ora todos los días y noches por tener una vida normal. Por dos años hemos tenido que cambiar su calidad de vida: dieta severamente estricta, varias hospitalizaciones y medicina. Es una enfermedad en el colon, que aun no hemos descubierto la raíz de la causa. Esta presenta síntomas dolorosas en el area abdominal, diarrea y exceso de sangrado. Hemos visitado varios doctores, nutriologos y pediatras las cuales hemos visto mejoría temporal y luego una recaída y una peor que la otra. Los médicamentos han sido una curita temporal y han presentado efectos secundarios irreversibles, por lo que hemos parado los mismos. Nuestra hija Anita Belen esta luchando, pero con sufrimiento continuo, afectando su crecimiento y su salud mental.

Hemos identificado un hospital en Estados Unidos, donde tratan a niños con problemas severos del colon. Solamente el tratamiento tiene un costo de $50.000.

Sin darnos cuenta, han pasado dos anos, tiempo que hemos invertido todos nuestros recursos, nuestro seguro no lo cubre y el tiempo no esta a nuestro favor.

Por esta razón, hemos pedido crear un GOFUNDME con la esperanza que nos apoyen (cada granito suyo sera de gran ayuda) para encontrar la causa y solución para que Anita nuestra hija pueda tener una vida normal.
