Christian es un amigo, un inmigrante, un padre devoto y un esposo trabajador que siempre se ha esforzado por brindarle lo mejor a su familia. El lunes 26 de enero, agentes de ICE persiguieron a Christian mientras se dirigía al trabajo y chocaron su vehículo por detrás, provocando que se estrellara contra un poste de teléfono. Christian no fue detenido en el lugar por ICE, pero momentos después fue trasladado de urgencia al hospital con heridas graves: una fractura de cadera y una lesión en el ojo. Este traumático evento ha dejado a Christian y a su familia en una situación difícil.

La fractura de cadera le impedirá caminar durante al menos 2 a 4 meses, y necesitará atención las 24 horas del día por parte de su esposa, Nichole. La esposa e hijos de Christian están haciendo todo lo posible por mantenerse fuertes, pero la carga económica es abrumadora. On Monday, January 26th, ICE agents chased Christian on his commute to work, and used their vehicle to strike him from behind, causing his car to crash into a telephone pole. Christian was not captured at the scene by ICE, but moments later, he was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries—a hip fracture and eye injury.

This traumatic event has left Christian and his family in a difficult position. Christian's hip fracture will make him unable to walk for at least 2 to 4 months, and he will need 24/7 care from his wife, Nichole. They are struggling to make ends meet. The funds raised will go directly toward covering Christian’s recovery, supporting his family's basic needs and medical and legal expenses.
