Justice for Janet

Hi, this is our sister, cousin, aunt, friend Janet. We have thought long and hard about seeking justice for Janet and in so doing protecting others from what happened to her. On September 2, 2021 Janet was taken to the Gardena memorial hospital alive with no significant problems that should have ended her life per her doctor. It was later revealed that she suffered an arrest and lost vital oxygen during the intubation process which caused her to stop breathing and to never awaken. She suffered brain death due to what happened in the intubation process. The medical report shows numerous blatant inconsistencies and the doctor involved was sued for medical malpractice before with a story that closely mirrors Janet. Janet’s family was lied to repeatedly by medical staff and medical records only heighten the suspicion that she was the victim of medical malpractice with many blatant inconsistencies even associating her with another patient. The doctors refuse to order an autopsy trying to cover their errors and the hospital is in protection mode. Her family wants an autopsy. Finding out what happened to Janet and advocating for her could save someone else and their family from the horrific experience of losing a loved one under similar circumstances .
