Apartment kicking us out after 10 years

I've lived here for 10 years and now they're kicking me and my mom out, not wanting to renew our lease and not giving us any reason for it just saying we can deny you from renewing. They want us to move out by January 7. Now I am looking for a new apartment and this money will help with the down payment moving van and transport to move my wheelchair bound mom to the new place.
