Apartment Flooded by sewer water

Hi, my name is Ebony Nelson. Me and my family and our dog Spike was impacted due to the sewage backed up in to our apartment. Currently me and my family is displaced in a hotel and the apartment manager is not willing to fix the unit back to being habitable cause as of now it's inhabitable due to Category 3 flood damage. The funds that I am requesting is to find a new apartment and try a replace our belongs. Trying my best to do it all on my own but I am not able to without help so here I am. PLEASE HELP ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!!!!!!
