Hi, my name is Favian and I'm fundraising to help my family of four recoup our losses. Wednesday morning at 1am we were woken up to a fire downstairs that, within half an hour, engulfed our entire unit upstairs. We didn't know it was a fire until my wife saw black smoke wisps coming up from the kitchen floor. Once we did, we got our son and ran out. We didn't have time to get anything out but ourselves; as we were running down the stairs, the flames were close to blocking the bottom steps. Anyone who would have ran back in would have most likely been trapped in the patio, and that was before power lines came down. We are lucky to be okay health wise but we lost it all. Any help would be appreciated. All money would go to keeping temporary/permanent housing, and necessities for now and later (food, clothes, furniture, etc). Thank you in advance.
