The sex workers and LGBT of rural Western Kenya are in dire need of condoms, lubricant and health services for HIV and other STIs.

Since the stop-work order of USAID all social and health services for LGBT and sex workers has been cut and safe spaces have been closed.

The funding goes for a meeting with the National AIDS Control Programme to secure that this again can be accessible in a sustainable manner to the vulnerable population.
