Cycling the Ring of Kerry

This year I decided I wanted totake up a challenge. So now I am signed up to cycle the Ring of Kerry on the 2nd July this year. All 180km of it. The absolute icing on the cake is that I get to cycle and fundraise for the Derrynane Inshore Rescue Team, a voluntary group set up to provide an emergency lifeboat service to the Kenmare Bay community. Derrynane Inshore Rescue perform very dangerous yet successful rescues. They launch at all hours of the day and night and in all weather conditions. It is an amazing service.

I dont think anyone has ever left Derrynane without it stealing their heart and I am no different. It is the most magical place in the world and the Derrynane Inshore Rescue Team are at hand to make sure its also the safest.
