Next year, I’m taking the biggest leap of my life. I’ve been accepted to a Japanese language school and passed my hiragana/katakana course and the next step is to immerse myself in the culture. this will prepare me for a scholarship to Tokyo University in 2027. My dream is not only to study in Japan, but to build a new life there one filled with opportunity, growth, and hope for a brighter future. The journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced setbacks, struggles, and moments where the path forward felt impossible. But through it all, I’ve held onto this dream, to learn the language, immerse myself in the culture, and create a life where I can thrive. Moving to Japan isn’t just about education for me; it’s about starting over, healing, and building something I can be proud of. As hard as I'm working and saving, I can’t do this alone. Any support, no matter how small, brings me closer to this chance at a better life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me and helping me take this step.
