Hi. My name is Eli Murphy and I’ve been dealing with excruciating back pain for nearly 2 years. I’m not a candidate for surgery my medical team has told me and nothing they’ve tried has worked to alleviate it so far. It effects my every day life and ability to complete basic daily tasks. I’ve been unemployed since June 18th 2021 and was let go because of my inability to consistently maintain my work schedule due to said back pain. I held that job down for almost 14 years with no issues until this back issue occurred. I’m now out of savings and have zero income coming in - and I’ve got no way to financially survive, so I thought I would humbly ask for temporary help this way.
