Hi! I'm Tatyana. I'm a mother of four, a teacher, and my car was stolen. My children are 3,5,9,and 14. Two adopted, two biological but they are definitely all mine. I hate to have to make this, because more than anything, I understand everyone has their own lives and their own things to pay. I need help because I am seriously struggling. On January 10th, someone decided to steal my Kia carnival.. I chose to get that car back in 2022, because my kids are constantly growing and it fits everyone as they are growing, and I was a woman at the dealership by herself surrounded by men lol. I have now been told several times that Kia's are really easy to steal. I do have insurance and I have been in a rental since January 12th. They said the police have 10 days to find it and I have not heard a single thing about my car& we have passed that mark. I lost my winter coat, my kid's coats, my car seats, my work badge, my classroom key, my grandads ashes ( in a necklace)& much more. I face the reality of having to pay an insurance deductible, on top of a car note for a car I do not have & I am trying to raise money for a down payment for a new car or just expenses until I can earn it. I pay daycare weekly . I have rent coming up ( as does everyone ,) light bills, etc . I have to pay a deductible for a renters insurance claim for the items inside the car. Quite frankly, I don't have half of it . My children are in sports and in theatre so I am constantly having to drive back and forth between their schools and the church for practice & cannot be without transportation. More importantly there is daycare, work and school that has to be attended . The rental maxes out at 30 days or whenever their investigation is done and then I have to return the rental. I am asking for help and prayers. I feel like I have been drowning but putting on a smile for my kids and work but I am hoping to raise money to keep us afloat. My heart hurts and I have been doing everything to not shut down& to just keep going.
