As some of you may know, Allyn has had severe scoliosis her entire life.  Six years ago it was discovered that she had a 32 degree curve on her spine.  Two months ago she had more x-rays taken along with MRIs that showed an increase in the curve to 47 degrees, making it a mandatory surgery.  Though she may seem fine from her appearance, this degree of scoliosis is extremely painful which makes it difficult to go about her day to day activities.

She has surgery scheduled for May 2nd, but due to the fact that she is a mere 20 years old and providing for herself, this will be a very difficult journey for her, not only physically as she will be entirely re-learning how to correctly walk on her own two feet, but financially as well.

We are trying to raise enough money to cover not only the hospital stay that is not covered by insurance and the insurance itself but also any equipment or anything else she may need to get back to her normal self.
