5 years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting David and Melissa. Over the last 5 years I have gotten to know them and their family. They are the greatest people, kind, caring, and always upbeat. It is very sad that after a long struggle with leukemia there is nothing else the doctors can do for David. It has been a very long couple of years full of different types of treatments and has definitely put a toll on this family. I would like everyone's help in making these last few months as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Through all of these treatments they have always had a positive attitude and a smile for others. Any donation will go towards helping the family pay their bills and many medical treatments as neither David nor Melissa are able to work. David's last wish is to travel to Florida to fish with his uncle one last time. My hope is we're able to beat this goal to fulfill his wish. Any amount is appreciated and the family is so thankful.
