Anya has the C word and needs help to keep being the best.

This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to write. I found out on June 23 that the most important creature in my life, the one who's saved me multiple times, who I put before everyone else including myself, has the C word. She is my literal lifeline, and as most of you know the only reason that I'm still here. She needs to have surgery in order to give her the best chance at fighting this, and luckily her vets office had cancellation on June 26th otherwise we'd have to wait till July 14th. I can barely financially support myself right now, let alone pay for a really expensive surgery that would of course be completely covered if I had actually gotten her insurance at the beginning of the year like I was debating. The cost of the surgery is a few months of income without all my current expenses being factored in that I'm just getting by paying for but even then barely.

I'm not the type of person who can ask for help easily at all, and if I ever do it's because I really need it badly. I know I've asked for a lot of help the last few years in varying degrees, I hate doing it again.

Anya is my best friend, the reason I get up every day and keep going and keep fighting whatever gets thrown at me, and the most wonderful and best thing that's ever happened to me in nearly four decades. I need her to be okay and for her to be okay overall. I need to be okay and able to afford to take care of her at this critical and time. She's only seven, and we've been through so much in the last couple years together and individually. I feel helpless and upset because if I had taken her back in April when I noticed something on her torso, maybe it would have made a difference. I know I'm a really good dog mommy, and that's why I will do anything I have to and whatever it takes to make sure that my baby is okay. Nothing matters if I don't have my service doggie, and now I need to save her like she's saved me so many times. Any help is appreciated and if you want to avoid fees my venmo is @rollerhoops.
