Tigger (Tiggs for short) was born June 1st 2014 and ever since then he's been my best buddy, and constant companion. But lately Tiggs has not been feeling well and he has to get surgery or he'll have to be put down. He suffers from Megacolon, which means the nerves in his colon do not function properly, that results in severe constipation.
We have always known he has had a sensitive stomach so we have only fed him a high fiber diet that he could easily digest but late last month he stopped eating and drinking, and barely moved. When we took him to the vet, Tiggs was x-rayed and showed that he could not push his poop out. The vet did 1 procedure which did not work, but tried again the next day and successfully removed most of the poop.

After Tiggs came back from the vet he slowly got back to drinking water and then a couple days later started eating. Unfortunately, after eating the last couple days he is still unable to poop and the only way to save him is if he gets a surgery. The surgery is called Subtotal Colectomy which removes the non-functioning part of the colon and enables him to be his normal awesome self.
The vet says the surgery has a 90-95% success rate, but after the first 2 procedures we don't have the $2300 to pay for it. Please help me save my best bud Tiggs, any amount is appreciated thank you! :)
