Antwan was diagnosed with Testicular Rhabdomyosarcoma in November 2018. This Brave Young Man approach this diagnosis with determination and optimism of getting better. He has gone through a combination of over 100 chemotherapy and radiation treatments and multiple procedures with a smile on his face. Despite the amount of severe pain this condition and medications has caused him. On Friday, January 17, 2020; it was explained to him as well as the rest of our family that treatments are not effective and no longer an option. We are asking for help to make this 13 year old’s wish to spend time with his family in the mountains of Tennessee come true. Antwan and our family know that there's only one person with the last say on how his story will end and although we are not giving up hope we are realistically approaching the new information provided to us by the wonderful doctors at Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital. I am reaching out in hopes of making my nephew, Antwan, wish come true. We are heartbroken, but not defeated, and want to make his dream of going to Tennessee a reality. We are trying to raise funds for the travel expenses; RV rental so he can rest comfortably while traveling, cabin, gas, food, etc. in order to leave on Friday January 24th.
