Ants top surgery last push

Hi

I am Anthony and I really need top surgery to be able to move forward with my life. I'm 26 now and have been paying off student debt saving, and working towards being able to afford medical transition since I was 21. This March i finally got a stable job that doesn't require heavy lifting (my main life goal for before surgery), but I will only have access to two weeks of paid sick leave to cover my 6 week recovery time needed before I can return to standing for 8h shifts.

I am in the final stages of organising top surgery having got my referral letter and having contacted my surgeon but not had a consultation or booked a date in yet.

I am doing this last push at fundraising as I have made the decision to get surgery in the UK rather than abroad as the logistics of getting the time of for me and my partner, who works freelance, to go were nigh impossible. Not to mention not being able to return to my surgeons team for any check ups/ should anything go wrong. The downside of this is that seeing the same surgeon I had planned to go with in the UK rather than Europe more than doubles the price of this process. But with logistics, my struggles with airports, and the lack of in person follow ups if I were to go abroad the increased cost of surgery in London felt like the only suitable option for me.

It would mean the world to me if you could share this or donate anything at all towards this final leap towards my surgery and recovery costs.
