Our beloved sister Antonia Santana-Hernandez passed away on Thursday morning, February 3rd. Tragically, we also lost our mother Felipa Santana-Hernandez on Sunday, February 20th to COVID pneumonia.
Everyone who has met Tonita knows she always had a big heart and smile that could light up an entire room. She always put her family and friends first. If you had a bad day she always knew how to make you smile and had something funny to say. She fulfilled her dream of being a mother and lives on through her baby Juju.
Felipa was also known for her big heart, cheerful attitude, and caring warmth. She shared her daughter's caring smile, hospitality, and playful humor. She retired early and spent most of her remaining years in her hometown of Mezcala, Jalisco. She also got to live the remainder of her life as a grandma caring for her grandson, Juju. She is survived by her three sons: Damien, David, and Daniel.

Nuestra querida hermana Antonia Santana-Hernandez falleció la mañana del jueves 3 de febrero. Tragicamente, tambien perdimos nuestra madre Felipa Santana-Hernandez el domingo, 20 de febrero a neumonia por COVID.
Todos los que han conocido a Tonita saben que siempre tuvo un gran corazón y una sonrisa que podía iluminar una habitación entera. Ella siempre puso a su familia y amigos primero. Si tenías un mal día, ella siempre sabía cómo hacerte sonreír y siempre tenía algo divertido que decir. Cumplió su sueño de ser madre y vive a través de su bebé Juju.
Felipa también era conocida por su gran corazón, actitud alegre y calidez afectuosa. Compartió la sonrisa cariñosa, la hospitalidad y el humor juguetón de su hija. Se retiró temprano y pasó la mayor parte de sus años restantes en su ciudad natal de Mezcala, Jalisco. También pudo vivir el resto de su vida como abuela cuidando a su nieto, Juju. Le sobreviven sus tres hijos: Damien, David y Daniel.
