Antoinette-Eye of the Tiger!!

Hello, my name is Antoinette Fabian. When I was seven years old, a tumor was found on my adrenaline gland. After much testing, scans, blood work, etc. I was diagnosed with stage IV Neuroblastoma. This has been my fight all my life basically. I am now 21 years of age. It has been a hardship and a financial, emotional, physical, and even a spiritual toll on my mom, Raquel, who is my caregiver. I have been in and out of hospitals and even relocating to be on trials and protocols. This is probably my 8th relapse (actually I lost count). For the last three years I have lived with the cancer. It shows up on scans on my lower spinal area. The fear of it traveling up my spine to my brain is always a major concern. Well just about a month ago, my mom and I discovered a lump on my head (frontal area). Though it feels spongy and no pain is associated with it or symptoms as of yet, we are being very cautious as it may be spreading to other areas, which is why my mom and I are doing this fundraiser. We have decided together the best place and best chance I've ever had to make this cancer disappear is in New York @ MSKCC (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center). I have received much of my care there during the brunt of my initial diagnosis through many trials. I have seen my cancer disappear a few times only to come back somewhere else. There in New York at MSKCC, will be possible new trials, excellent care, and a neuroblastoma team for my specific cancer. This will mean relocating to the New York area...again! We hope this fundraiser will aid in our relocation and allow my mom (my only caregiver and breadwinner) to tend to my needs as she searches for employment where we find a place of residence. Of course we are in a time during a pandemic of COVID 19, when prices are inflated, a war is going on in the Ukraine and Russia, and things in the world are upside down, even more so the reason to please assist us with this move. Time is of the essence with cancer, so we are looking to relocate in the next couple of weeks, in hopes that the cancer does not spread aggresively or to other areas in my body. Please tell your family, co-workers, neighbors, and friends. Any amount is helpful and will be used soley for our relocation needs and securing a new residence. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our humble hearts and wish nothing but a safe and healthy 2022 year to all! (Isaiah 33:24) Sending our family's love to your loved ones!
