Payments for Black Admins-Moderators

Anti-Racism Coalition of Decatur (ARCD) is a group that educates and supports actions to eradicate racism.  We will work to identify and address the idea of white supremacy, understanding that it is impossible to be immune from it, as our entire country was founded on it. We recognize impact > intent and will work to not be harmful which will require us to be reflective.

ARCD is committed to our goal of creating a community of Decatur residents and supporters to educate, learn and pursue anti-racism online and in our daily lives. 

ARCD hosts and moderates a Facebook discussion group and is also offering Learning Cohorts for Anti-Racist Education. Our lessons are Black-led and designed and all of our Facebook Admins and primary contributors are Black. 

The Anti-Racist Coalition of Decatur commits to supporting Black voices inside and outside of the Facebook group. We exhibit this commitment by providing remunerations for black contributors to our learning. 

Please make a contribution if you participate in our Facebook Group or Learning Cohorts. You may contribute any amount you wish at one time or often or on a timed basis. 

A monthly report will be produced and available to all members to communicate all funds deposited and what has been distributed.
