Antique Row Window Vandalism Repair
Donation protected
An unfortunate event of vandalism has happened to our historic Downtown Tacoma’s Antique Row. Our retail shop and barbershop along with 14 local small businesses have been affected by a woman with a hammer on May 18th, 2024 approximately around 2:30-3:00am.
The following morning businesses were left to pick up the pieces while looking forward to an uncertain future. As of now, we have been notified that will we not be getting support from the landlords to help cover the costs of window replacements.
Last year we were left with no support for 3 months after a electrical fire took out our power from April-June and came out of pocket to buy multiple generators to run extensions cords to our light fixture an order to operate at some capacity.
With the already expensive operating costs to run our small businesses we are now looking to our community for help. If you’re able to donate we greatly appreciate kindness and if you’re unable to donate but still would like to support please share the link and spread the word! Any additional funds will be used to help neighboring businesses affected by the incident that will also need to pay out of pocket
Please show support for the other small businesses also affected on the street; come shop, share our businesses to your friends and family, book a haircut. Thank you Tacoma we continue to stay resilient and keep our chins high.
