Hi. My name is Anthony. I'm a hard working guy that works with disabled adults. I had a day off. I was taking a brief ride on my electric unicycle . It only took a split second for an unexpected bump in the road to strike disaster .  I fell directly in my face. I foolishly did not have a helmet. My face hit the pavement . I have fractured bones in my face, a broken palate that will possibly need a bone graph and will need to replace many teeth . I have some savings but I have no doubt between surgeries and being out of work, bills will add up. Any amount helps. Thank you.
