Hi, my name is LaDaun Wafer-Emmanuel I'm a mother of 4 sons. I started this GoFundMe to help my son, Anthony Daniil Kennedy fulfill his dream of becoming a Biomedical Engineer. Anthony has always taken an interest and excelled in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics studies.  Anthony graduated from Green Valley High School on May 28, 2021, with a GPA of 3.2.  Anthony received more than 15 offers to attend universities and colleges. He chose University of Hawaii, Honolulu and has been awarded a scholarship of 50% paid tuition and fees.  

Anthony is a compassionate and thoughtful young man.  At peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in April 2020 and without fear, he secured his first paying job as grocery store courtesy clerk working 4 days a week to contribute to the family expenses.  We are so proud of him for stepping up and lending a helping hand to assist his 3 younger brothers in the virtual classroom environment.
