Anthony's Apartment Fire Recovery Fund

On Sunday, August 20th, Anthony and his girlfriend Christen were watching a movie together when they smelled smoke. They grabbed their phones and went outside to check out what was going on only to realize that the apartment next to them was on fire. At about 6:13 p.m., the Deer Park Volunteer Fire Department responded to a call from Anthony and Christen and they were instructed not to go back into the apartment to gather any of their things. The fires raged on for hours and it required nine other fire departments to arrive on the scene to successfully put this multi-alarm fire out.

Anthony's apartment was completely destroyed and he lost everything. Nothing will ever be able to bring back the sentimental things he lost, but we are hoping to provide him with an emergency fund that will help him get the resources he needs to rebuild his life.
