Help Anthony Bernal fund his rare back disease

My best friend, Anthony Bernal (19)  is in desperate need of cleft lift surgery, which is for pilonidal disease.  It is a disease affecting the lower back and is extremely painful. It can only be treated by surgery. The procedure is intended to cure pilonidal disease. Coming up with the money for this procedure is very difficult when you can not work or even walk with a straight back. Anthony has been out of working his two jobs and needs any help he can get. This procedure can only be done by three surgeons in the US. It is more serious than we think. The disease will continue to negatively affect Anthony more and more. Anthony is not like any other child. He is a grinder when it comes to work and never asks for anything. He deserves this time to be helped in order to get him back to his normal life.
