February 25th marked 6 months since Anthony died of an Accidental Overdose. While we still have a detective working the case, it seems unlikely we will get justice for Tony, partly because the laws in the state of Vermont are written to protect people involved in selling drugs. This isn't good enough, as our children are being robbed of a life, and I am determined to make a difference. To encourage change. I have met with state legislators and city mayors in an effort to understand how best Tony's Foundation can make an impact.
The time is NOW. Please donate and be a part of our first project of installing cameras in City Hall Park and giving this beautiful park back to the community. I also will be spending days there passing out Narcan and Fentanyl test strips as well as educating the community. We also will be developing a neighborhood watch program while we discourage dealers from openly selling right in front of Burlington's City Hall.
