It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating loss of Anthony Smith, who tragically lost his life due to mental health struggles.

Anthony was a loved son, brother, father and friend.

His passing has left an unimaginable gap in our lives that words can’t fully express.

We are raising funds to help cover the costs of Anthony’s Funeral/

cremation, so that he can be laid to rest with the dignity, care and respect he deserves. During this time of grief, the financial burden of arranging a farewell can be overwhelming.

Mental health battles are often silent and unseen. Anthony’s loss is a heartbreaking reminder of how important it is to check in on one another, to listen without judgment, and to continue raising awareness about mental health. No one should feel alone in their struggles.

Anthony went missing on 15th November 2025. He was missing for 4 months. After endless police searches, high tides and fast currents, we reached out to a charity (beneath the surface) and after 3 weekends of them searching they were able to locate him within the River Trent.
