Anthony Payton's Headstone Donation

Donation protected
Anthony was born on June 12, 1996 in Beloit, Wisconsin. He graduated from F.J. Turner High School in 2014 where he lettered in basketball, track and football. He then attended UW-Rock County, transferred to UW-Whitewater to continue his education to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine. Outside of education, Anthony’s character was demonstrated through his devotion to his religion, basketball, and his kind heart for others. He was employed by Productive Living Systems, in which he provided care for adults with disabilities. Anthony was a devoted son and grandson, loving brother and loyal friend. He was a wonderful young man with an impeccable soul who served as a role model and was looked up to by many in his community.

Katie Edwards and Ben Gilliland (friends to Anthony) have created this cause for a headstone that tributes Anthony’s great impact on the many who loved him.  Through their efforts, they have collaborated with Anthony’s family and a local monument provider to design a monument that reflects him, his interests, and his impact on the many he loved.

Donations to this cause will go directly to covering the remaining costs needed to order, install, and maintain a headstone to honor Anthony on his plot at East Lawn Cemetery in Beloit, Wisconsin.
