Anthony Lee is in need of Life Saving and Life Changing Mental Health Treatment.
Although Anthony does have Medical Insurance, the type of long term Intensive  Inpatient Residential mental health treatment/facilities that provide a holistic integrated medical approach with treatment plan specifically tailored to his recovery with more individual therapy, psychiatric, psychological, physiological,  nutrition, wellness/fitness and science backed cutting edge methodologies in combination with many of the traditional and group therapies are either private pay with insurance reimbursement at out of network levels or if they accept insurance PPO’s are also out of network. These have substantially higher deductibles, higher co-insurance levels of 40% and out of pocket limits. His insurance deductibles and out of pocket limits started over September1, 2020 due to his wife being a school teacher it starts at new school year.  We are raising money to help with these higher costs and to offset some living expenses so his wife can stay in home while he is in treatment since he won’t be working for a period of time while in treatment & possibly after treatment due to Covid 19’s affect in job market.  

Anthony has struggled with mental health issues since his teens approximately 37years.  His diagnosis is Major Depressive Disorder Severe, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, ADD and past addiction issues.  In Nov.  2018 he was admitted to mental health hospital for 14 days then In Dec. 2018 to an inpatient residential mental health facility for 61 days.  Although this helped stabilize him it hasn’t produced the long term results he hoped for.  Both of these facilities were not individualized treatment protocols.  Mostly traditional group methodologies and not holistic in nature treating the whole person .  Anthony is married to his wife Dee Ann for 29.5 years she is a 6th grade reading teacher at a Title 1 school back in class during pandemic.  They have 4 grown children, 2 boys & 2 girls. and four Grandsons as well.  He holds a B. S. degree from Texas A&M University Commerce and an MBA degree from Texas A&M University Commerce where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA.  He was in several honor & leadership organizations, a proud member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and tested in the top 5% nationwide on the comprehensive MBA exit exam.  In the past he has been a high school Sunday school teacher, Director of large adult Sunday school class, coach of youth sports for 8 years in football, basketball and baseball &  coach of the year in baseball and basketball, all star team coach in baseball and basketball and led one football team to league champions.  He has also served on the board of directors of Non-Profit foundation that helps teens who struggle with mental health and teen daily challenges. Anthony loves to fish, golf and read when he is well but with his diagnosis and current state he struggles with loss of interest/motivation with activities he enjoys.  Most recently Anthony was his mother in laws full time 24 hour primary caregiver who is in advanced stage of dementia.
