In loving memory of Mr. Anthony Hugh Hoffman, I'd like to provide an opportunity to donate to his daughter Lylia Louise Hoffman.

Lylia was the light of Anthony's life, and the greatest way to honor his memory is caring for her. Lylia is an energetic, loving, and intelligent young lady who loved nothing more than spending time with her dad ice skating, riding bikes, baking treats and the other endless adventures they had together.

Their kinship was unwavering in its spirit and its love.

Anthony was a beloved father, friend, confidant, and family man. May this donation be our tribute to him and the beautiful bond between a daddy and his little girl.
