Hello. We are Thea and Phil, Anthony Franks' kids.

We have set this GoFundMe up to help feed and care for the stray dogs of Lesvos - which is something that our Dad did every time he went to spend time on the Greek island he and Mum chose as their home.

In 2020, we adopted Daisy as our family dog. She quickly became the apple of our Dad's eye, and was his steadfast companion. Daisy now lives with Phil, and will be with our family forever.

In 2024, Thea adopted Louka. He is one of the greatest joys in her life, even if he eats all her charging cables.

Our dogs have been vital in keeping Phil and I grounded in the aftermath of losing our Mum and Dad.

Our parents,and especially Dad, would be delighted to know that even with their not being here, the Very Good Dogs on Lesvos are still being looked after. Thank you.
