Passing of Anthony Delva in tragic fire in Neptune

Monmouth County suffered a terrible loss this week when Anthony Alan Delva tragically was killed in a fire in his home in Neptune, NJ. Anthony's family has lost their home and their amazing, life-loving young son to this horrible fire that happened during a storm related power outage on July 23, 2019.
