It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Anthoni Lawrence Payne on November 25, 2024, at the young age of 21, just weeks before what would have been his 22nd birthday. Anthoni was a loving father, devoted fiancé, cherished son, brother, and a friend to many. His warmth, humor, and kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew him.

Anthoni’s greatest joy was his family. He was the proud father of his 11-month-old son, Jereamiah, and the loving fiancé of Nadia. He embraced fatherhood wholeheartedly and found purpose in being a provider and protector for his loved ones. While Anthoni faced struggles with addiction, he was committed to working towards sobriety and building a brighter future. His passion for cooking fueled his dream of becoming a chef, and he was working hard to make that dream a reality.

His sudden passing has left a tremendous void in our lives. The holiday season, Jereamiah’s upcoming first birthday, and what would have been Anthoni’s 22nd birthday make this loss even more painful. We are raising funds to give Anthoni a memorial service that reflects the love and joy he brought to so many lives and to support his family during this difficult time.

• Immediate financial support for Nadia and Jereamiah to help them find stability as they grieve and adjust.
