Answers for Jonathon

I shared recently about my husband Jonathon’s situation. Those who don’t know Jonathon has suffered with pressure ulcers on his feet and back of the ankle for 3 years now. Constantly having infection after infection been on antibiotics off and on. He’s had four procedures two of which had stents put in to improve blood flow.

Recently we found out the stents had no improvement and needs to undergo two more procedures. He’s had hyperbaric treatments and wound care. He’s had central lines put in trying different medications. One of which was Vanco that put him in the hospital almost putting him in kidney failure. He’s had skin substitutions put on, but his body rejected them. Spent thousands of dollars. Had to stop working to working from a computer. We were forced to file for bankruptcy. He was bound to a wheelchair for months then on to scooters and crutches. He is mobile at the moment.

He’s missed out on 3 years of playtime with his son. Unable to walk run ride bikes go swimming etc. There was a point that jonathon gave up and couldn’t take the pain anymore. Thanks to family friends and God he found the strength to continue on.

Everyday is a real possibility will the

infection spread? Will the antibiotics stop working.. even if we chose to amputate the incisions wouldn’t heal.

Will Landon grow up without a father? We have reached the point of enough is enough and we need to branch out to get answers. Which leads us to what this gofundme is about. We were able to set an appointment to the closest Mayo Clinic in Phoenix Arizona on March 12th. We will be there from March 11th-15th. This gofundme will help get us there. We believe in the power of prayer so please keep us in prayer. The pain and suffering this brought our family is unimaginable. Please share our story please help us find answers so we can finally heal and be done with this.
