Hello my name is Stormi, and this is my cousin/best friend Malcom Fitzpatrick aka Breezy. He was incredibly intelligent, funny and innovative. He loved anime and action movies and shows. He also loved video games and technology. He was like a super hero to all of us because he had a lifelong battle with sickle cell and he never let it stop him. He was the most giving and kind hearted person and he would do anything for you when he believed in you. A great example of his selflessness is when I decided to quit music for good because I just didn’t believe in myself anymore. Malcom told me that he would do whatever it took to get me to believe in myself the way he did and to never quit. So Malcom graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in the Audio Production Degree Program in 2021 and became my engineer which he loved. Making music was something he loved to do. Unfortunately he will no longer be able to continue making music or spreading his vast knowledge with us all because Malcom Fitzpatrick passed away on Monday March 25, 2024 under suspicious circumstances at the Piedmont Henry Hospital in Georgia. I’m fundraising for an autopsy to be performed as well as his memorial services. The reason why we need your help is because the hospital does not feel it is necessary to do an autopsy. All signs point to potential medical malpractice/willful neglect. Malcom himself stated during this visit that he felt that this was the case. They told us that they weren’t going to do an autopsy and that they were just going to state that he stopped breathing as the cause of death even though they didn’t even identify why or if they were at fault. However they found him unresponsive after leaving him alone for an undisclosed period of time and he was totally fine before that and was due to be released that very day. It would protect the hospital and make it easier to sweep this under the rug if the autopsy is not complete to find out his cause of death and it will show if his passing was due to possible negligence. The cost of the autopsy is $5000 and everything over that amount will go towards his memorial services. If I can get 600 people to donate at least $10 we will meet our goal and then there will be answers for Breezy and he will finally get to rest in peace. All we want is answers.
