Answering the Call: Serving the Church in Africa”

Hello Family, My name is Tirrie, and I am embarking on a six-month mission to serve the church in Africa. I am excited to partner with churches in Uganda, Malawi, and South Africa, living out a calling the Lord placed on my heart when I left the Isle of Man. I felt Him asking me to lay my life down for His church in Africa, and I am humbled to follow His lead.

As I prepared for this journey, the Lord reminded me of Phoebe, a servant of the church commended by Paul in Romans 16:1-2:

“I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a servant of the church in Cenchreae. I ask you to receive her in the Lord in a way worthy of his people and to give her any help she may need from you, for she has been the benefactor of many people, including me.”

Like Phoebe and other deacons in Scripture who turned cities upside down, I want to serve wholeheartedly for the sake of the Kingdom. During this mission, I will work with:

• Arise Africa Jinja Town Church (Uganda): Assisting elders who have moved there and spending time with children at the Bakaleba Children’s Home.

• Rock of Ages Church (Kampala): Supporting their efforts in equipping and restoring the saint mostly young adults and youth .

• Gospel Central Church (Malawi)

• South Africa to be communicated.

In recent years, over 400 churches in Uganda have joined our F12 family. There is an urgency for the saints in Uganda to be equipped and restored to advance the Kingdom of God. This mission is not about you ,it is about partnering with the local church and lifting up the people of God in these communities.

Hebrews 13:16 says, “Do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.” I believe this sacrifice, both mine and yours, will bear eternal fruit.

Philippians 4:16-17 reminds us of the blessing of generosity:

“For even in Thessalonica you sent aid once and again for my necessities. Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account.”

I humbly ask for your prayers, your support, and your generosity as I step into this mission. Whether through donating, sharing this fundraiser, or keeping me in your prayers, your contribution will not only help me but also those I will encounter who need genuine support and care.
