Answering the Call: Support Allison's Mission Trip to Uganda
Donation protected
This summer, I have the incredible opportunity to join the SENT Network in Masaka, Uganda, on a 3-week missions trip through my school, Oral Roberts University Missions. Our mission team will partner with Tim and Jill Way, longtime friends of ORU Missions, as they work to bring the Gospel and disciple-making movements to remote villages. We’ll lead Bible studies, equip others with evangelism training, participate in church ministry, engage in children’s ministry, and even do hut-to-hut visits to connect personally with people.
What excites me the most about this mission is how it’s designed for multiplication. It’s not just about us sharing the Gospel; it’s about equipping people in Uganda to disciple others, who will then disciple even more people. Your support—whether through prayers or financial
contributions—isn’t just sowing into my trip; it’s sowing into countless lives in Uganda and beyond. It’s amazing to think about how God will take one moment of breakthrough and multiply it through communities, families, and generations.
I know this is exactly what God has called me to do. Over the past two years, He’s been preparing me in ways I couldn’t have planned myself. In high school, I co-founded a Christian club with a friend to share the Gospel boldly and encourage others in their faith. I’ve had the privilege of leading Bible studies, sharing the Good News publicly, and being part of "Encounter Nights," a prayer movement on my college campus. Each step has brought me closer to this calling, and going to Uganda feels like stepping deeper into God's purpose for my life.
As a freshman at Oral Roberts University, I’m excited to represent my school and faith on this mission, but I can’t do it without your help. I’d be honored for you to walk alongside me in this journey through your prayers, encouragement, or financial support. Together, we can make an eternal impact—not just in Uganda but in the lives that will be touched for generations to come. Thank you for considering partnering with me!
